| 内容記述 | 本研究では、臨床で院内看護研究支援を行っている看護師長を対象に、院内看護研究を支援する上での困難と大学教員による研究支援後の変化ついて明らかにする。院内看護研究の支援は、平成27年４月～平成28年１月までの期間、合計５回、病棟ごとに１時間の個別指導を３名の教員で行った。研究方法は、研究支援終了後、病棟管理者９名に対し、半構成的面接によるグループインタビューを行い、質的記述的に分析した。その結果、師長が院内看護研究を支援する上での困難として、「先行文献の入手方法」「看護研究についての知識不足」などであった。また、配慮していることでは、「研究しやすい環境の調整」「研究メンバーのモチベーションを上げる工夫」などであった。大学教員との連携後の変化は、「大学の図書館が利用できる」「文献検索方法の指導が受けられる」ことであった。師長は勤務の調整やスタッフへの配慮などを行い、大学教員は研究方法についての支援をすることでの「役割分担ができる」ことにより師長の負担が軽減していた。 | |||||

| 内容記述 | The purpose of this research was to clarify the difficulties that chief nurses have in supporting nursing research activities at clinical sites in hospitals and the changes after research support by faculty members. The support of nursing research activities in hospitals were conducted through three faculty members’ individualized instructions in each ward, between April 2015 and January 2016, six times in total. Regarding research methods, semi-structured group interviews were conducted with nine ward managers after the completion of research support and the data were qualitatively and descriptively analyzed. As a result of the interviews, the difficulties that were found that chief nurses had in supporting nursing research activities were, “how to obtain past literature” and “lack of knowledge about nursing research.” What chief nurses were giving consideration to were, “adjustment of research-friendly environment” and “device to enhance motivation for conducting research.” For the changes following the coordination with faculty members for research support, “they could use the library of university” and “they could be instructed how to search for literatures.” Chief nurses were able to relieve their workload because they conducted work adjustment and gave consideration to their staff, and faculty members supported research method. As a result, it made it possible to “appropriately allocate roles for staff.” | |||||
