| 内容記述 | 本研究は，実際に行われている野宿生活者への支援について文献検討を行い，支援の現状と課題を明らかにすることを目的とした。特に，野宿生活者のうち，女性野宿生活者に関する研究内容の分析と，今後の課題を国内の文献から検討した。医学中央雑誌Web版Ver．５を用いて，2001－2015年３月までの文献検索を行い，22編を分析対象とした。その結果，課題として「背景に潜む暴力」，「親との関係性の希薄」，「母児の周産期事象に関する課題」に分類された。思春期から青年期は，近い将来親になるための発達段階として，「親性」を獲得するための働きかけを行うには大切な時期であると考える。また，暴力による関係性に依存しないためにも，この時期への教育支援の必要性が示唆された。 | |||||

| 内容記述 | This research does document consideration about support to the camping out people performed actually，we had the current state of the support and the thing which does the exercise clearly for my object. In particular, an analysis of the study contents about among the camping out people and a female camping out people and future's problem were considered from a domestic document. Document retrieval from 2001 until March, 2015 is performed from using a medical central magazine web editionVer.5, we made 22 pieces the analysis subject. As a result, it was classified into "Understanding of an escape from the violence which lies in a background", "Weakness of the relationship with a parent", "Problem about mother and child's perinatal period phenomenon" as a problem. We think adolescence from pubescence is important time to do the approach to get " parenthood" as the development stage to become a parent the near future. And necessity of educational support was suggested to this time in order not to depend on relationship by violence. | |||||
