| 内容記述 | 本研究の目的は沖縄県立A高等学校校の運動部活動に参加するラグビー部の進学先と就職先を明らかにする事である。平成14年度～平成23年度ラグビー部卒業生（104名）及び平成23年度１・２年生（36名）合計140名を対象とした。卒業生の名簿作成，進学先，就職先の調査を行った。合わせて，競技推薦で進学した生徒の調査も実施した。また，３年生の個人面談，１・２年生への進路意識調査，部活動での学習活動，進路意識の変化についてまとめた。A高校ラグビー部を卒業した140名中87名が大学へ進学した。なかでも65名が競技推薦で進学している。大学へ進学する一つの手段として競技継続を活用する考えもある。しかし，将来の目標とする職業と関連した大学，学部・学科を選択しなければ就職活動に困難をきたす可能性がある。早期の段階から「キャリア教育」を促し進路先を決定する事で学習意欲が高まり，学習活動への取り組み方も変化する。 | |||||

| 内容記述 | The purpose of this research is to clarify the destination and the place of employment in the rugby club participating in the movement section activity of Okinawa Prefectural A High School. We targeted a total of 140 people from the 2002 to the 2011 rugby department graduates （104） and the 2011 second and second graders （36）. We also conducted a survey of students who advanced to the competition recommendation. In addition, we summarized the 3rd grade individual interview, the career consciousness survey for the 1st and 2nd grade students, the learning activities in the club activities and the change in career consciousness.87 people out of the 140 high school rugby club graduated to university. Among them, 65people have advanced to competition recommendation. There is also an idea to utilize continuation of the game as a means to go on to university. However, if you do not select universities, faculties or departments related to the future target occupation, there is a possibility that job hunting will be difficult. By prompting “career education” from the early stage and deciding the way to go, the motivation for learning will increase and the approach to learning activities will change. | |||||
