| 内容記述 | This report discusses about the elements of comprehensibility of information, such as media types, help function and the role of agents. The basic role of communication is to convey to the receiver correctly what is desired to be conveyed. In this context, the role of the media type such as text and video, and help function is important. The experiment against users, however, identified that the preconception of the users who are the receivers of the information exerted the substantial influence over this comprehensibility of information. There were many cases where it was effective to get rid of their preconceived image to make them understand the status of what was desired to be conveyed. What will play an effective role for this purpose is agents and dynamic help, i.e. the help that will change itself depending on the situation. The relationship of these elements which is necessary in order to expedite the smooth communication will get investigated. | |||||
