| 内容記述 | 沖縄北部(やんばる)の振興のためには､色々な分野での施策が必要となるであろうが､人材の育成も重要な分野のひとつである｡特に21世紀にはIT革命の進展が予想されることでもあるので､マルチメディアを利用した人材の育成を図り､またマルチメディアを駆使できる人材の育成をはかることが､21世紀にやんばるが時代の流れから取り残されないために､重要な課題となるであろうと考えられる｡そこで､やんばるの小学生を対象に､マルチメディアで作った画面作りを行い､ホームページに貼り付け､他の学校の生徒達との交流を行うことを主眼として､同時にその過程で明らかとなる問題点と要件を抽出することを目的として､この研究を行った｡ | |||||

| 内容記述 | In order to develop the northern part of Okinawa (called Yanbaru), many policies from different fields have to be orchestrated. Among these, education will be counted as one of the key elements as in the 21st century, in particular. the IT revolution is expected to continue. It will become a major issue not only to educate students using multimedia. but also to develop human resources who have the skill to utilize multimedia. Therefore, an experiment was conducted to let grammar school children create screens using multimedia, paste them on a home page, and communicate with students in other schools. By means of the experiment we identify problems and requirements in the multimedia education of children. | |||||
