| 内容記述 | ブラジルは､数多くの民族集団からなる社会であり､その民族集団は特定の地域に集住する傾向がある｡また､地域社会の歴史的形成過程が一様でないという特徴を持つ｡つまり､かれらは歴史的に人口移動を繰り返し､移動する人々の波によって地域社会が重層構造的に形成された｡本稿で取り上げる日系ブラジル人も､その祖先である１世が日本からブラジルへ移住し､サンパウロ州やパラナ州北部などを中心に民族集団を形成した｡国民国家としてのブラジルや日本への出稼ぎ現象の中で､２世や３世などの日系ブラジル人たちが経験した自己のアイデンティティの揺れについて本稿では考察を試みる｡第１章では日本移民のブラジルへの移住の歴史と日系ブラジル人の日本への出稼ぎ現象を時系列的に一瞥し､また第２章では日系ブラジル人のアイデンティティについて垣間見る｡そして､第３章では2002年に行ったブラジルでの133名を対象としたインタビュー記録を中心に､日系ブラジル人のアイデンティティに関する諸問題についてまとめてみた｡ | |||||

| 内容記述 | Brazil is a multi-ethnic society with each group tending to gather together in specific regions. The historical process by which these regional societies are formed is not universal. In other words, in the past populations have often migrated. Therefore, successive migrations have created multi-layered hierarchical structures in regional societies. In the case of Japanese Brazilians, which we intend to investigate in this paper, the ancestors of these immigrants, namely issei (first generation), moved from Japan to Brazil and organized themselves into an ethnic group centered around São Paulo and the northern part of Paraná. In light of Brazilian multi-ethnicity and the phenomenon of dekassegui in Japan, this paper investigates the uncertainty of self-identification experienced by nissei (second generation) and sansei (third generation) Brazilians. In Chapter One, the history of Japanese immigration to Brazil and the phenomenon of dekassegui will be briefly presented chronologically. In Chapter Two, the identity of Japanese Brazilians will be briefly reviewed. And in Chapter Three, based on 133 interviews carried out in 2002 in Brazil, several problems regarding the identity of Japanese Brazilians will be discussed. | |||||
