| 内容記述 | 本研究は，「熟練看護師は，精神科看護のどのような点に魅力を感じているか」を抽出することが目的である。８年以上精神科看護に携わってきた看護師６名を対象としてカード図解法を用いて「熟練看護師が抱く精神科看護の魅力」の抽出を試みた。その結果，熟練看護師が抱く「精神科看護の魅力」として，【(1)自分の知覚を手がかりにして，未知なるものを発見し，意味を見出すプロセスがある】という魅力を中心に，【(2)看護は治療の一つである】，【(3)精神科看護者として成長できる】，【(4)看護の体験が新たにエネルギーを生み出す】，【(5)精神障害者への理解を深める為に，地域へ働きかける意欲が沸いてくる】という魅力が抽出された。以上より，精神科看護師の質の向上に資する要件として，1）コミットメント能力の習得，２）看護を探求する態度の習得，３）自己教育の向上に努める態度の習得，４）専門職者として自律した態度の習得，５)他者・自己との対話を尊重する態度を習得する必要性が示唆された。更に，カード図解法は，個のレベルにおけるNarrative研究に留まらず，共通概念を明確にするのに有用であり楽しく学びを深めることも示唆された。 | |||||

| 内容記述 | The purpose of this study was to clarify what respects of psychiatric nursing appeal to experienced nurses. We made a group focus interview utilizing the card illustration method to six nurses with at least eight years of experience in psychiatric nursing. They pointed out the following as the attributes: 1) It is a process to discover the unknown and to find the meaning by using their perception as the key, 2) It is one of treatments, 3) It gives an opportunity for development as a psychiatric nurse, 4) It energizes nurses newly, 5) It makes nurses eager in working at the community to deepen the understanding of the mentally handicapped. From the results, regarding the improvement in the quality of nursing, the following are pointed out as important factors. 1) acquisition of the ability to commit 2) cultivate the attitude to quest for nursing 3) cultivate the attitude to develop him/herself as a nurse 4) cultivate the attitude to be independent as a specialist 5) cultivate the attitude to respect the dialog with others Card illustration method was suggested to be effective from the perspective of qualitative research and it strengthens the pleasure to learn. | |||||
