| 内容記述 | 介入者は，授業を俯瞰的に眺め，多くの場合的確なことばを投げかける。それによって，授業をコントロールすることが可能となる。しかし授業者がそうした介入を学びの過程にしっかりと位置づけないと，介入は有効に機能しない。授業研究として事中研究は有効であり，また児童の読みの深まりという点でも有効であるが，介入者と授業者の意志の疎通や力関係，といった明らかにしなければならない要素も存在する事が明らかになった。 | |||||

| 内容記述 | In many cases, those who intervene it put out an adequate instruction. It becomes possible to control the class. However, if those who teach it do not use it well, it is not useful. The communication of those who intervene it and class person's wills is important though the intervention class is effective. The thing like the communication and the power relationship etc. of those who intervened it and class person's wills where it clarified and the element had existed, too was clarified. | |||||
