| 内容記述 | 情報の高速搬送路の普及に伴い､｢もの作りのスピードアップ｣と｢ホワイトカラーの生産性向上｣が可能になることが主張されている｡しかしながらその前程となるのは､従業員の個々の経営活動の状況が把握され､適切に対処できることが必要である｡最近の組織フラット化の傾向の中では､特に利益目標､顧客満足への貢献などという経営者的視点も加えて､判断を下せることが要求される｡このような観点から､経営活動情報､あるいは金額換算したものということでは経営活動会計情報の管理が重要になってくることを指摘したい｡ | |||||

| 内容記述 | As the high speed Information Highway has been propagated, it is expected that "the speed-up of production of goods" and "the productivity of the White Collar" will be accelerated. But in order to make that expectation material, each corporate employee's activity should be grasped and processed properly. In the light of the recent trend of decreasing layers of management, in particular, the employee's ability to make a judgement by paying attention to the management views such as profit objectives and customer satisfaction will become imperative. From this standpoint, the importance of controlling the management activity-based information, or by converting it to the economic value, management activity-based accounting information will be stressed. | |||||
