| 内容記述 | ケインズ経済学はアメリカの経済学界では1980年代末までに復活した。そしてクリントン政権が1992年に誕生したときに政策への適用が考えられた。しかしながらケインジアン・マクロ経済学はアメリカ経済の中で理論と実際の運用で完全な勝利を意味するものではない。リアル・ビジネスサイクル理論を含めた新古典派経済学派と新ケインズ学派の理論的な対立は、どちらも現実のアメリカ経済の世界で100パーセント有効とは言えず、続いている。また、アジア経済発展モデルの｢雁行型発展モデル｣はモデル自体に問題がある。一方、ポール・クルーグマンのアジア経済発展パターンへの限界的な見解は、経済発展の指標を土着の技術進歩だけに限定し、アジア諸国においてジョイント・ベンチャーや共同ビジネス機会を通じ、アジア諸国の企業と外国企業との間で技術の移転及び拡散が進んでいるという事実を無視している。 | |||||

| 内容記述 | Keynesian economics was revived in macroeconomics by the late 1980's in the academic arena. Its application to the American economy by the government was considered when President Clinton took office in 1992. The revival of Keynesian macroeconomics in the American economy in theory and in practice, however, does not mean total victory for the Keynesian economics. Theoretical rivalry between the New classical Economics and the New Keynesian Economics including the Real businesscycle theory has persisted as neither school has proved 100 percent correct in practice in real world, as in its application to the U. S. economy. The Asian economic development model, so called the Wild geese flying pattern, itself is questionable as a model for economic development in Asia. Krugman's exclusive use of the endogenous technological innovation as the criterion of economic development neglects the reality of diffusion of technology taking place in the region between host Asian countries and technologically advanced nations through various means such as joint ventures and business contracts. | |||||
