| 内容記述 | 名護市を中心とする｢やんばる｣地域は沖縄県北部に位置する。この地域の活性化を情報振興策によってはかるのがこの論文の主旨である。そのためには、地域の特色を活かした振興策を考えなければならない。21世紀型産業、とくにコンピュータ関連産業、マルチメディア活用の知的集約産業を当地へ誘致することによる情報振興策について論じ、人材を集め、企業を集めるには何をすればよいかを提案する。また、当｢やんばる｣地域は国際化、ボーダレス化の流れのなかで東南アジア、中南米に似ているという地政学的条件に加え、豊かな自然環境に恵まれ、フリーゾーン構想の実現による地域経済の活性化も期待されており、国際的なハイテク産業および情報産業の立地条件を満たしていると考えられる。したがって、当｢やんばる｣地域が21世紀における産業の繁栄が期待されているアジア諸国と日本本土を結ぶ中継基地となるための諸条件を"情報化"の観点から分析した。 | |||||

| 内容記述 | The Yanbaru region is the northern part of Okinawa Prefecture's main island Okinawa, and Nago is the regional center. This paper proposes ideas to reactivate this region through computer oriented education. These plans must of course take full advantage of the special characteristics of the locale. The key is seen to be the attraction of 21 st century-style industry to the area in the form of computer-related industries, in particular intellectual industries involved with multimedia. We discuss the means to gather the necessary personnel resources these industries require. The region is geographically the focal point for the wider region of South East Asia and South America. It should therefore aim to produce human resources fully capable in this international market. To achieve this end, both computer-related educational specialists and students themselves should be drawn from an international pool of countries, to form approximately an equal ratio with domestic staff and students. | |||||
