| 内容記述 | 我が国では,精神障害者の地域移行が推進されている。それを促進する方法の一つとして看護学生が抱く精神障害者に対するイメージの研究がされている。看護学生が否定的イメージ抱く情報源には,マスメディアや身近の精神障害者の存在があり,情報源による影響を明らかにすることは必要である。本研究では,精神看護実習後における学生の精神障害に関する情報源を分析して,精神障害者に対する正しい理解を提供できる講義内容の示唆を得ることが目的である。また,実習後における学生の「精神病に対するイメージ」と「精神障害者に対する社会的距離」の変化を分析して,効果的な講義や実習に繋げるための示唆を得ることも本研究の目的である。調査の結果,マスメディアや近所に住む精神障害者の情報が否定的に影響していた。講義や実習は精神障害者のイメージを肯定的に変化させるために有効であった。過去の体験により肯定的に変化しない学生も存在したため,それらを踏まえてより適切な講義や実習を展開する必要性が示唆された。 | |||||

| 内容記述 | Community placement of psychiatric patients is being promoted in Japan. As one measure, research into the image that nursing students have towards psychiatric patients is being conducted. Influences on students with negative images towards psychiatric patients may include the mass media and the existence of people with mental disorders close to them. It is necessary to clarify the impact of such sources on the students. The purpose of this research is to analyze this after their nursing practicum, and to obtain hints for creating effective lectures aimed at deepening their understanding towards psychiatric patients. Another purpose is to improve training by analyzing the changes on their "image of psychiatric patients," and their "social distance scale." As a result, despite the negative influence that mass media and/or a mentally deranged person close to them may have had on them, lectures and training were often effective in changing their images of mental disability. On the other hand, there were some students whose feelings did not change due to their past experiences. This suggests that there is stil room for improvement in our lectures and training programs. | |||||
