| 内容記述 | 保育園において，乳児保育やさまざまな医療に関連したニーズをもつ子どもの保育を保育保健と位置づけている。保育保健の実践者として看護職の配置が求められ，看護職を配置する保育園が増加している。そこで現在の保育園看護職の実態と保育園が看護職にどのような業務役割を期待しているのかを明らかにするため，全国2,025か所の保育園の保育所(園)長を対象に質問紙調査を行った。またそのうち看護職が配置されている場合，看護師へも質問紙調査を依頼した。649施設(回収率32%)から回答があり，そのうち351人(看護職配置ありと回答した施設383の91.6%)の看護職から回答を得た。保育園看護職の経験年数は平均6.8年(SD土6.3)であった。 保育園看護職以前の看護実践経験では，複数の看護実践経験を持つものが多く，小児看護経験者が134人(37.9% )であった。全体では成人看護経験者が最も多く259人(73.8%)で，そのうち163人(63.2%)は小児看護の経験を有していなかった。保育園の業務は「難しい」「思っていたよりも難しい」という回答が，270人(76.9%)であった。保育園の看護職は，小児看護経験を持たず，初めて大勢の子ども達と接し一人配置という状況も多く，思っていたより業務は難しいと感じ，対応にも苦慮している実態があった。また発達に問題を抱える児については「とても多くなっている」「多くなっている」と感じているものが280人(79.8%)であり, 82人(23.4%)が「専任の保育士を配置して欲しい」と希望していた。保育園で働く看護職は，他園の看護職との情報交換や研修の機会を切望していることが明確になった。保育園の看護職に必要な支援は，保育園看護職としての業務の確立をすること，さらに他職種との連携を促進することが重要である。 | |||||

| 内容記述 | Placement of nurses at nursery schools has been demanded in order to practice infant care and child health for children with various needs, and the number of nursery schools where nurses are stationed has been gradually increasing. In order to elucidate the actual conditions of nursery school nurses at present and what Work roles are expected of nurses by nursery schools, a questionnaire survey was conducted for directors of 2,025 nursery schools across the country When nurses were already stationed at nursery schools, a questionnaire survey was conducted for those nurses as well. We received 649 responses from nursery schools, out of which 351 responses (91.6% of 383 nurse-stationed facilities) were from the nurses, The average number of years of experience as a nursery school nurse was 6.8 years (SD ±6.3), and 134 nurses (37.9%) had pediatric nursing experience. 259 nurses (79.8%) had adult nursing experience, which showed the highest number, out of which 163 nurses (63.2%) did not have pediatric nursing experience. 280 nurses (79.8%) felt the number of children with developmental problems was "greatly increasing" or "increasing," and 82 nurses (23.4%) stated that "placing a full-time nursery school teacher is desired, "As for duties at nursery schools, 270 nurses (76.9%) replied that they were "difficult" or "more difficult than expected." The results showed that duties at nursery schools were frequently performed without pediatric experience and a nurse was stationed alone with the children during her first meeting. Thus, a large number of the nurses felt that the task was more difficult than they thought and had difficulties dealing with the situation. The results revealed that clarification of the duties for a nursery school nurse, cooperation with other sorts of occupations, information exchanged among nursery school nurses, and opportunities for training are necessary to support nursery school nurses. | |||||
