| 内容記述 | 本研究は，2013年に足浴・フットマッサージの介入を行った，民間の精神病院に入院する６人の残遺型統合失調症患者が，６ヶ月を経過した時点においても，精神症状，精神症状による生活の質が維持されているのかを検討することが目的である。精神症状の評価はPositive and Negative Syndrome Scaleを用い，精神症状による生活上の支障の評価はQuality life Scaleを用い，足浴・フットマッサージ終了後と６ヶ月経過した時点の得点の差を比較した。また，足浴・フットマッサージを受けた患者の経験について質的記述的に検討した。その結果，Positive and Negative Syndrome Scale では，陽性症状尺度，陰性症状尺度，総合精神病理尺度のそれぞれの得点で有意差はなく精神症状は足浴・フットマッサージの終了後においても維持していた。また，足浴・フットマッサージ終了後に改善したQuality life Scale合計得点は有意に上昇し，足浴・フットマッサージ終了６か月後も維持されていた。足浴・フットマッサージを受けた患者の経験については，足浴・フットマッサージを受けたい思い，前向きな気持ちになり自信がでた，など６カテゴリーが得られた。足浴・フットマッサージ終了６か月後の変化については，社会に興味や関心がある，自分の事は自分でしたいなどカテゴリーが得られたことから，自閉的な生活に戻ることはなかった。以上より，足浴・フットマッサージ終了６か月後においても，足浴・フットマッサージの介入効果は持続していることが示唆された。\nSix patients with residual schizophrenia who were hospitalized at a private hospital were intervened in by foot bath and foot massage in 2013. The purpose of this research was to examine whether or not these patients maintained their psychological symptoms and quality of life even six months after the completion of foot bath and foot massage. The scores of psychological symptoms were measured using positive and negative syndrome scales （the positive syndrome scale, the negative syndrome scale and the general psychopathology scale） and those of quality of life were measured using a quality of life scale at the completion of foot bath and foot massage and then again six months after the completion of foot bath and foot massage, and differences between the scores were compared. The experiences and later lives of the patients were qualitatively and descriptively discussed. As a result, there was no significant difference between the scores of psychological symptoms measured at the time of the completion of foot bath and foot massage and six months after the completion. The scores were also maintained after the completion of foot bath and foot massage. There was significant improvement between total scores of quality of life measured at\nthe time of the completion of foot bath and foot massage and six months after the completion. As for the actual experience of foot bath and foot massage received by patients, six categories were obtained including: “want to receive foot bath and foot massage” and “have a positive emotion.” As for the changes in the lives of patients six month after the completion of foot bath and foot massage, were obtained including “have interest in and attention to society” and “take care of myself by myself,” so that nobody returned to autistic life. As above, it was suggested that the\neffects of intervention by foot bath and foot massage were maintained even six months after the completion of foot bath and foot massage. | |||||
