| 内容記述 | 本調査ではインドネシアＳ州Ｂ県の６か所の保健所研修に参加した保健医療従事者69名を対象に，発達障害児についての集合調査を実施した。質問項目は，発達障害という言葉の認知，障害を持った子どもの有無，障害の種類，気になる子の存在（乱暴な行動をとる，あいさつをしない等），発達障害児との関わりの有無，発達障害児の対応で困ったこと，対応時の工夫等の８項目で構成した。本調査から，就学前の子どもに接する機会の多い保健ボランティアは，発達障害という言葉は知っているが，実際に発達障害児に接しているかどうかでは17人（71％）が周囲にはいないという認識であり，発達障害に関する十分な知識を持ち合わせていないことが明らかになった。気になる子どもの存在については，暴力的な行動をとること，パニック状態，自己主張が強いなどとの認識があり，さらにその対応にも困難感を感じていた。特にADHD児の傾向をもつ乱暴な行動や相手の気持ちを理解できない子どもへの対応について困難感を抱えていた。保健医療従事者が求める支援としては，「気持ちへの近づき方」等の意見から，発達障害をもつ子どもへの接し方，子どもの具体的な支援の方法等のサポートシステムを検討する必要がある。今後は，専門的な知識を持ちながら子どもに直接関わる助産師看護師等の保健医療従事者を対象に調査を進め，発達障害児に対する困難感，具体的な支援の方法，支援ニーズについて調査を進めていきたい。 | |||||

| 内容記述 | We conducted an aggregative research on 69 participants of health staffs in the training program of 6 public healthcare centers in Indonesia. The questionnaire contained 8 questions: recognition of the word ‘developmental disabilities’, existence or non-existence of children with such disabilities （impairments）, types of disabilities, existences of noticeable children （who conduct violent behaviors, do not greet, etc.）, experiences of having been involved with children with developmental disabilities, difficulties experienced in dealing with children with developmental disabilities, etc. This research revealed that those health volunteers know the word ‘developmental disabilities’, but in terms of whether they have been involved with children with developmental disabilities, 17 （71%） think they do not have them around, and they do not have adequate knowledge about developmental disabilities. However, in terms of noticeable children, their perceptions were, ‘conducting violent behaviors’, ‘going panic’, and ‘being self-assertive’, and they had difficulties to deal with such attitudes of children. However, many healthcare and medical personnel have sense of difficulty to deal with children with developmental disabilities, and in reality, their checking procedure is not effectively conducted. As for the supports the healthcare personnel feel in need of, some suggested ‘financial support’, but from their comments on ‘how to become close to their minds’, it is thought necessary to provide support system in specific methods of supporting children and such. In the future, we hope to conduct researches on the professional healthcare and medical personnel such as maternity nurses who have direct contacts with children with their specialized knowledge, and study their senses of difficulties in dealing with children with developmental disabilities, specific support methods, and support needs to create a support program for healthcare and medical personnel. | |||||
