| 内容記述 | 本研究はＢ市における乳児を持つ母親を対象に，産後ケアのニーズを調査して，産後ケア事業の可能性を検討することを目的とした。対象者は，生後３～５か月と生後９～10か月の乳児健診に来られた母親251人である。調査は無記名自記式質問紙調査である。その結果，産後ケア施設について知らなかったと答えた人が75.5％と高い割合で，産後ケア施設の認知が低かった。産後ケアサービスでは，発育・発達チェック，ベビーマッサージ，ベビースキンケア，産後エクササイズ，リラックス方法について，５割以上の母親が強く希望していた。また，産後養生食や食育への関心は高く，学びたいと回答した人がほとんどであった。これらのケアサービスを産後ケア事業に取り入れたらよいと考える。１泊２日の宿泊型サービスでは，約7,000円の利用料金を支払う意思があることが明らかになった。世帯年収と子どもの数では，支払う意思に大きな影響はなかった。今後，Ｂ市の地域特性を踏まえた産後ケアサービスの内容，利用料金等を検討し，産後ケア事業の実施につなげていきたい。 | |||||

| 内容記述 | The purpose was to study the possibility of postpartum care business, targeting mothers of infants as part of considerations for establishing a postpartum care facility in city B. Subjects comprised of 251 mothers who brought their 3-5 month old or 9-10 month old infants in for checkups. The study was conducted using an anonymous, self-administered questionnaire. The results were that a very high percentage of respondents （75.5％） had low awareness of postpartum care facilities. In postpartum care, over 50％ of mothers expressed a strong desire for growth and developmental check-ups, baby massage, infant skin care, postpartum exercises, and relaxation methods. There was also a high interest in postpartum recovery food and nutrition education, most respondents answering that they would like to learn about these subjects. It would be good to incorporate these types of services into postpartum care business. It became clear that mothers were willing to pay JPY 7,000 per overnight stay for these services. Annual household income and number of children did not significantly impact the willingness to pay. We examined postpartum care services and fees based on the regional characteristics of city B and hope that provides postpartum care services will be established in the city. | |||||
