| 内容記述 | 本研究は沖縄県北部地域のＡ町Ｚ区（総人口約2,800人，高齢化率約29％）における認知症高齢者の支援困難事例への個別支援から始まった専門職と大学（研究者）との協働を基盤にしている。今回の目的は介入準備期における専門職やＺ区の関係者からの情報，フィールドワーク，文献等からＺ区の強みと課題を明らかにすることである。データ収集は，研究協力者（専門職や関係者）からの情報収集，地区踏査等のフィールドワーク，文献等からの収集を行い，分析は，文脈上読み取れる最小単位の文章でキーセンテンスとして抽出，次に類似したキーセンテンスを集めサブカテゴリーし，さらにカテゴリー化を図った。Ｚ区の強みとして，【歴史に裏付けられた自負と共同体意識】を有し，【地元への愛着】や【伝統文化の継承】が強く，【豊かな資源】や【地域活動に熱心な人材】に恵まれ，【手厚い若者の育成】【多様な住民間のつながり・活動】【高齢者への気遣い・見守り】があった。そして，【新たな交流の場づくり計画】や【在宅療養の活性化の可能性】が見出せた。 また，Ｚ区の課題として：【高齢者に不便な生活環境】，【希薄化する世代間交流】に【認知症・要介護高齢者の増加】【生活習慣に伴う健康課題の増加】【深刻化する介護問題】が表面化してきている。今回明らかになったＺ区の強みを踏まえ，課題の解決を専門職と住民（区のリーダー，高齢者等）との協働を強化し，地域包括ケアシステムを推進していく必要がある。 | |||||

| 内容記述 | The study was based on collaborations with universities and professions started by individual support for difficult cases of the elderly with dementia in Z ward（total population was about 2,800, the aging rate was about 29%） in A town in the northern Okinawa. The purpose of this study was to clarify problems, advantages of the ward in a preparation period for interventions via field works, documents, information from collaborators. In the analysis, we extracted key sentences and made sub-categories, then found below advantages of Z ward: 1. pride, community spilit backed by the history, 2. attachiment to hometown, 3. succession of traditional culture, 4. rich resources, 5. dedicated human resources for community activities,6. generous training of youths, 7. diverse connections, activities among residents, 8. caring for the elderly, 9. plans to make places to communicate, 10. possibilities of activation of home-care. Besides, various problems were surfaced as below: 1. inconvenient living conditions for the elderly, 2. weakening intergenerational exchanges, 3. an increase in the elderly with dementia requiring care, 4. an increase in health issues, 5. increasing nursing-care problems. To solve these problems, it is necessary to enforce the collaborations, and to promote integrated community care system using the advantages. | |||||
