| 内容記述 | 近年着目されている触れるケアは，精神看護領域でも，心地よさやリラクゼーション効果，患者－看護師関係への効果などが報告されるが，同領域実習における学生による実践報告は少ない。Ａ大学精神看護学では，触れるケアを授業に取り入れており，精神看護実習で実践する学生が増えている。本研究は，看護大学生81名を対象に，同実習において実施した触れるケアの現状について明らかにした。学生が不安や恐怖を抱くとされる同実習において，35名がハンドマッサージなどの触れるケアを患者に行い，そのうち８割以上が実施してよかったと答えていた。10名は実習１～２日目から実施し, ４名はほぼ毎日行っていた。実施しなかった学生も８割以上がやってみたいと答えており，学生は効果的介入をしたい思いを持ち，既習事項を活用することが明らかになり，実習に先立つ授業が影響することが示唆された。触れるケアは，患者との交流や関係づくり，患者理解に有効であることを学生は体得しており，実習を進めるものであった。また，実施学生もリラックスして心地よさを感じ，触れるケアは患者－学生双方へのリラクゼーションなど，効果は受け手にとどまらない可能性も示唆された。学生が触れるケアを実習で実施するためには，学校と臨地の協同関係の構築が望まれる。学内授業が実習での能動的実践につながる要因や機序，否定的な学生，受け手の体験，などは今後の課題である。 | |||||

| 内容記述 | Recently, in the clinical practice of nursing, attention has focused on touching care. In psychiatric and mental health nursing, the effects of touching care on comfort and relaxation have been reported in patient-nurse relations. In psychiatric and mental health nursing studies at A university, students incorporate massaging each other into their lectures. Thus, the students are able to realize the pleasure of massage in that class. Consequently, in psychiatric nursing practice, more students administer touching care. In this study, we report the present situation of touching care by the students in psychiatric nursing practice. The subjects of the research were 81 third graduate students of A university. There were 35 students who took care of touching the patients during the practicum. They provided hand massage, foot care, and touching the patients’ face. Among the students, 88.5% said they were happy to perform touch care. The students who performed the touch care felt that it was effective in building relationships with the patients, patients understanding, and communication. Furthermore, 85% of the students who did not perform touch care also said they would like to perform it. Students found that they wanted to provide effective care for patients using the techniques learned. | |||||
