| 内容記述 | 本研究は, ３歳児を持つ母親の「趣味」に着目し，母親の具体的趣味の実態を明らかにし，趣味の活用により，母親の子育て環境が充実するための育児支援方法を検討することを目的とした。対象者はＡ市における３歳児健康診査を受診した児の母親199人である。基本属性，趣味の有無と内容，子育て概況，育児不安等に関して無記名自記式質問紙調査を実施した。有効回答の得られた115人の母親を分析対象とした。その結果，趣味「あり」の者は55.7％，趣味「なし」の者は44.3％であった。具体的な趣味は,48種類示され，「ショッピング」「映画鑑賞」「テレビ・ドラマ鑑賞」の順に多かった。趣味を行う際には，「楽しみ」「気分転換」を重視している者が多かった。趣味「なし」の理由は，「時間の余裕がない」，「興味があるものがない」であった。趣味の有無と育児困難感に関する質問項目においては，有意な関連が見られた。母親の趣味は，日常生活における行動でもあり，子育てを行いながらも取り組みやすい特徴がうかがえる。趣味の時間が母親にとって，楽しみや気分転換の時間として，母親の子育てに対する心の余裕につながっていくのではないかと考える。今後，母親へ趣味の助言を行う事は，母親の居場所づくりや，子育て環境の工夫に貢献できるのではないかと考える。 | |||||

| 内容記述 | The aims of this study were to clarify the hobbies and enhance the parenting environments of mothers with 3-year-olds. A total of 199 mothers who had brought their child to a 3-yearfollow-up health examination in A city were recruited. A self-report questionnaire survey was carried out to assess the mothers’ basic attributes, the existence and content of any hobbies, the current child care situation, uneasiness about child care, etc. In total, 115 mothers who provided complete answers were analyzed, 55.7% of whom reported having a hobby, the most common of which were “shopping”, “watching movies”, and “watching TV dramas”. The common reasons for having a hobby were “fun” and “a change of mood”, whereas the common reasons for having no hobby were “I have no time” and “there is nothing of interest”. A significant association was observed between the presence and difficulties of child care. The results suggested that having a hobby provides peace of mind to mothers raising young children by providing enjoyment and a diversion. Advising mothers of young children to take up a hobby may therefore contribute to an improved child-rearing environment. | |||||
