| 内容記述 | 2010年代には生鮮食料品へのアクセスが，行政の課題として取り上げられるようになった。本稿の目的は，那覇市内での生鮮食料品への徒歩によるアクセスが不便な地域を特定し，1972年から2015年という時間軸を設定し，考察することである。そのため本研究では２段階の分析を行った。１つ目の分析は，現時点での那覇市内での生鮮食料品へのアクセスが不便な地域を特定することである。ここでは地理情報システム（GIS：Geographic Information System）を用いて，フードデザート（Food deserts：食の砂漠）マップを作成し，分析した。２つ目の分析は，1972年から2015年という時間軸で那覇市を考察するために，NTTの電話帳データと日本スーパーマーケット名鑑を用いて生鮮食料品の取り扱い店舗数を確認した。その結果，2015年時点でフードデザートへの対応が求められる地域が首里地区であることが明らかになった。しかし首里地区の生鮮食料品店の立地はスーパーマーケットが増加していることから，ワンストップで生鮮食料品を購入することのできる地域が増加していることが明らかになった。このような生鮮食料品の立地状況を踏まえ，買い物が不便な人への対策について考えるための知見を提供した。 | |||||

| 内容記述 | Purpose： In the 2010s, access to fresh food became an administrative issue. The purpose of this paper is to examine the issue of access to fresh food in Okinawa from the medium- to the long-term perspective of the period 1972 to 2015. Method: This paper performed a two-stage analysis. The first analysis is to identify areas where access to fresh food in Naha city is currently inconvenient. Therefore, a Food Desert map was created and analyzed using a Geographic Information System (GIS). The second analysis used NTT's public telephone directory data to examine the evolution of number of stores over the period 1972 to 2015, handling fresh food. Results: As a result, it became clear that the area where a further response to food desert was still required in 2015 was the Shuri district. However, the location of fresh food stores in the Shuri area also revealed that the number of had supermarkets itself had increased. Discussion: This indicates that an increasing number of areas are available for the purchase of fresh food. Based on the location of such fresh foods, we provided knowledge for considering measures for people who are inconvenient to shop. |
