| 内容記述 | 目的： 思春期妊娠が顕著なドミニカ共和国において，看護学生がどのように思春期妊娠を認識しているのかを考察する。 方法： 調査対象は①看護学科のある大学，技術看護学校，准看護学校に在学の学生421名へ自記述式質問紙調査，②そのうち思春期妊娠を経験した看護学生３名へ半構成的面接調査を行った。 結果： 看護学生は年齢や在学期間に差があり，すでに看護師として働きながら学んでいる者も多く，子どもや家族をもっている者も多かった。思春期妊娠に対して多くの学生が「防ぐべき」と答え，人工妊娠中絶については否定的であった。また思春期妊娠に対する考え方は文化や慣習の影響を受けていることが分かった。 考察： 看護学生は思春期妊娠に対して問題意識をもち，今後もこれらの課題に対して取り組んでいく姿勢があることが示された。保健医療の担い手として専門的な知識を習得し，さまざまな視点から思春期妊娠を考え，思春期世代に対する健康の保持増進に向けて取り組んでいく必要がある。 |

| 内容記述 | Objective: Adolescent pregnancy is remarkable in the Dominican Republic. The purpose of this study is how the nursing students are understood about adolescent pregnancy. Method: The subjects of the survey are:（1） self-describing questionnaire survey to 421 students enrolled in universities with nursing, technical nursing schools, and associate nursing schools;（2） semi-structured interviews with three nursing students who experienced adolescent pregnancy. Result: Nursing students differed in age and duration of nursing education, many of them were already studying while working as nurses, and many of them had children and families. Many students answered that they should “prevent” adolescent pregnancy and most students were negative about artificial abortion. The interview survey showed that the attitudes towards adolescent pregnancy were influenced by culture and customs. Consideration: onsideration: It was shown that nursing students were conscious of issues with adolescent pregnancy and were willing to solve these issues. It is necessary to work on maintaining and improving adolescent health from various perspectives. |
