| 内容記述 | 本稿では、1730年以降に発給された近世琉球辞令書Ⅱ型と言上写の相関性について、豊見山2017による成果を踏まえながら検討をおこなった。 はじめに、言上写について尚家文書第512号「例式言上写首尾方帳」の記述をもとにその発給過程を整理した。言上写は官職の任用に際して複数通が作成されたことを示すとともに、その作成数は任用が行われる官職によって変動することを指摘した。 次に、伊江御殿家関係資料中の言上写と「頭役被仰付候以来日記」と関連史料から、現存する言上写の発給過程について分析をおこない、「例式言上写首尾方帳」には示されない実際の運用規定を示すとともに、その性質について示した。 最後に、近世琉球辞令書Ⅱ型と関連する言上写、他の同時代史料をもとに分析をおこない、豊見山によって指摘された辞令書と言上写の「対の関係性」について、豊見山による指摘だけでは捉えきれない複数の相関性の形があることを示した。 また、近世琉球辞令書Ⅱ型と言上写の性質については、その発給過程の差異などから、近世琉球辞令書Ⅱ型によって任用がおこなわれるものに対して任用過程の途中で発給される言上写は内示的な「任用通知」として存在し、辞令書が「任用文書」として機能したこと、言上写によって任用がおこなわれるものに発給される言上写においては「任用文書」として捉えられることを指摘した。 |

| 内容記述 | In this paper, we examine the correlation between Kinsei Ryukyu Jireisho（official Ryukyu letters of appointment） Type II issued after 1730 and the Gonjo Utsushi （a copy of a statement to a person of a higher rank）. First, the process of collecting Gonjo Utsushi is summarized. It was shown that multiple copies of the Gonjo Utsushi were made at the time of appointment to government positions, and it was also pointed out that the number of copies made varied according to the subject of issuance. Next, I analyzed the issuing and collecting process of the existing Gonjo Utsushi, showing the actual rules for their use, and summarizing their characteristics. Finally, by this paper analyzes the relationship of Jireisho Type II, the Gonjo Utsushi, and other contemporaneous historical documents. Tomiyama pointed out that the Jireisho and the Gonjo Utsushi were in a "paired relationship," but this alone does not fully capture the multiple forms of the form. In addition, it was pointed out that the Kinsei Ryukyu Jireisho Type II has the characteristics of an "appointment document," while the Gonjo Utsushi has the two characteristics of an unofficial "appointment notice" and an "appointment document" depending on the object of issuance. |
