| 内容記述 | 本報告は,九州教育学会第64回大会ラウンドテーブル(2012年11月25日,於:大分大学)の記録である。テーマ「教師の授業力と学力保障」に関わる提案者は3名であり,報告後,全体討議とした。提案者3名の骨子は,次の通りである。全国学力・学習状況調査において,沖縄の平均正答率は下位の状況が続いているが,学校現場や教育行政は,それぞれの立場から子どもの学力保障に向けた取り組みを進めている。教師の授業力の向上は,子どもの学力を保障することにつながるものであるから,校内研修等において教師の授業のスキルアップ講座,教育委員会主催の教師の授業力向上に関わる研修事業が実施されている。一方で, 「効果のある学校」研究が県外で先駆的に始まっており,沖縄の子どもの学力保障のひとつの方策として示唆に富むデータを提供している。以上の報告を受け,全体討議では,沖縄が日本型の学力向上策に合わせ,それの達成を目指すのではなく,沖縄の歴史や文化を踏まえた教育内容,評価基準・規準を設定し,共同教育や子どもの自己肯定感を高めていくことが,結果として沖縄の子どもの学力を保障するのではないかという確認があった。 | |||||

| 内容記述 | This report is a summary of the Roundtable Meeting at the 64^th Annual Conference of the Kyushu Association of Education (held on November 25, 2012, at Oita University). Three individuals made presentations on the topic of the meeting, "Teachers' class organization skills and the securement of academic abilities." Their presentations were followed by a plenary discussion.The outlines of the presentations are as follows: While the results of the National Achievement Tests continue to show that students/pupils in Okinawa rank low in the percentage of correct answers, there are ongoing efforts to secure academic abilities of children on the part of both schools and the educational administration. As the improvement in the teachers' capabilities to orgamze classes lead to academic abilities in the children, schools offer in-house courses to improve teachers' in-class skills, and training programs are organized by boards of education with the same aims. Meanwhile, pioneering studies on "effective schools" being conducted in other prefectures present suggestive data towards devising certain measures to raise the academic abilities of children in Okinawa. Based on these presentations, the plenary discussion acknowledged that the securement of academic abilities of Okinawan children shall be achieved by enhancing their self-affirmation through collaborative education or education based on Okinawa's own contents, and through evaluation criteria that take into account its unique history and culture, instead of by pursuing the nationwide measures. | |||||
