| 内容記述 | 本研究は、沖縄北部地域のリゾートホテルの従業員を事例として、ホスピタリティ組織における知識体系の変換構造を実証的に分析したものである。まず、ホスピタリティ組織に関する概念的枠組みや組織構造モデルを考察する。次に、従業員の知識体系をホスピタリティ知識の知識変換モデルを適用し、ホストとゲスト間の知識システムを実証分析する。最後に、ホスピタリティ組織構造の位置付けや課題を検討する。 | |||||

| 内容記述 | The present study is an attempt to analyze the knowledge transformation of hospitality organizations in the northern region of Okinawa prefecture. Study 1 focuses on the conceptual framework of hospitality organizations and on models of organizational structure. Study 2 deals with knowledge transformation with respect to the cognition structure of the resort hotel employee as sampled from May to June, 2001. The paper suggests that the hospitality knowledge of an employee might be transformed between being a host and a guest. | |||||
